Our philosophy is to look further than the present situation. We do not try to find a new solution for every matter. We like to re-use our proven methods. Quinity is focused on the European insurance market. We realised several successful implementations at renowned national and international insurance companies.
Quinity was founded in 2000. In ten years the company has become a dynamic and successful business that today employs 115 people. The knowledge of the employees is central, the overhead is limited to a minimum. Because of our focus on the insurance market our employees have specialist knowledge and expertise.
The four managers/founders cooperate intensively in several projects. The organisation is characterised by a flat, project-based structure in which people are stimulated to critically approach possible solutions.
