The policy management module mainly holds the functions of the mid office, but its connection to the central database and the other modules of the Quinity Insurance Solution makes it far more efficient and reliable.
The module supports:
- administration of policies, including a full history of policy versions
- browse through and print (PDF) policies or policy versions and policy records
- implement broker changes
- registration of several commission holders per policy
- definition of commision and discount agreements on different levels:
- broker - individual product types of an intermediary - product definition - individual policy (deviations)

- inspection of audit trail of all changes on the policy
- packages and individual policies
- immediately effective changes, changes in the past and in the future, cancel changes, ending of the policy
- renewal (automatically in batch and manually online)
- print online and batch (bulk)
- supplementary and refund calculations
- annual premium and premium that must be deducted
- assurance tax
